The Wise County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is a medium sized prosecutor’s office consisting of 9 attorneys and 7 administrative staff members.  We prosecute criminal cases of all types that occur in Wise County and the City of Norton, Virginia. 

We are in the process of switching to a completely paperless case management system, as well as e-filing in the Wise County Circuit Court. This Blog contains tips, tricks, advice, and experiences we’ve gone through during the process to aid your office in the conversion to digital and e-filing.
